Being Healthy is a commitment I made to myself after I lost my mother to Multiple Sclerosis. I decided to take on the study of Wholistic Wellness to transform my body and support others in make their own transformation!  What  love most about being a consultant anc coach is doing my part to  empower everyone to be healthy, fit & live lives they LOVE!!!

Being fit and fabulous is a choice and day by day one decision at a time I am becoming the best I can be and would love to assist you too!
