Replenish

In a recent webinar the presenter broke down the nutritional  needs for optimal wellness into three items

  • REMOVE
  • REPAIR
  • REPLENISH

I truly enjoyed how simple the concept is.  It doesn’t mean there is a one size fits all formula for wellness, but it DOES mean that there is a basic approach to helping our bodies heal.  The reality is that our bodies are designed to fix themselves, but can only do it if it has the right tools.

There are essential nutrients our bodies need in order to restore balance and wholeness.  When they are depleted due to lifestyle, environmental, and other factors, disease (especially chronic diseases) sets in.  One of the resources I am using to REPLENISH the nutrients I need is Nature’s Harvest.
