Kiwi Apple Mint Juicing Recipe

Here is a great way to get an immune boosting dose of Vitamin C without using citrus fruits. Kiwi is one of the highest sources of vitamin C and adds an interesting sweet and tart twist to your juice recipe. The mint also helps to liven up the juice and makes it an energizing juice to start your day. This is also a great juice that your kids will love or if you are trying to fight a sugar craving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2-3 apples
  • 3 springs of mint (or more depending on how “minty” you want your juice)

Directions:

Wash and process the ingredients you typically would and best fits into you juicer. Add in the mint first so the other more water dense ingredients help push through the mint juice.
