Parsley Carrot Cleanse Juicing Recipe

If you are looking for juice cleanse recipes that are particularly good for kidney cleansing, or a liver detox, this parsley based recipe will do the trick. Parsley is an amazing nutrient dense ingredient. This incredible herb is widely praised for it’s health benefits, is alkalizing and can even do wonders on bad breath.

Parsley is actually part of the same family that carrots and celery belong to so this recipe include two of it’s famous cousins. The carrots help to bring up the sweetness and mask some of the bitterness of the parsley. Celery is also a cleansing star in its own right so it helps round out the detoxing ability of this juice recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 large carrots
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 1/2 cup parsley (more or less to taste)

Directions:

Wash and process the ingredients as you typically would and for what works best in your juicer. Add the parsley first so the carrots and celery juice helps wash all the parsley juice through. I typically juice celery last since it’s a bit stringy and can clog up the juicer.
