Tangerine Orange Melon Vitamin C Booster Juice

When I’m looking for a Vitamin C Booster juice recipe, I like combining citrus with melon as the melon will add a more mellow sweetness to offset the tart of the citrus fruits.  For this recipe I am using cantaloupe because it is a good source of vitamin c and vitamin a.  I love the extra creamy depth that melon adds to juicing recipes. If you think you are getting a cold, double up on this juice to help kick your immune system into overdrive.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cantaloupe
  • 1 orange
  • 4 tangerines

Directions:

Clean and process the ingredients as you typically would. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh from the rind. Peel the orange and tangerines. Add in the ingredients in any order you like and enjoy.
