You’ll Find it Hard to Stop Eating These Whole Grain Yogurt Pancakes

This is a fun and fast breakfast that was invented accidentally when we were running short on milk one day. Plain yogurt stands in well, but may need a bit of added sugar to combat the tartness. Depending on the viscosity of the yogurt, you may need to add a bit of water.
Ingredients:
2 cups 100% whole wheat flour (fine milled)
2 eggs
1 cup low-fat milk
1 serving plain low-fat yogurt (5.3 oz)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Use a napkin dipped in some vegetable oil to wipe your griddle.
Heat griddle over medium flame.
Whisk all ingredients except water in
